Orders and Shipping
Orders placed through this site are stored on a secure hacker-safe server. All credit and debit card orders are processed through 2CheckOut and should appear on your monthly statement as "TolandArt". We do not sell or distribute any collected information to any third-parties. We take your privacy very seriously (and hate spammers and junk mail just as much as anybody else).
How long until my order ships?
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days and will ship on the following Tuesday or Thursday.
How often do you ship orders?
We only ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are a small home-based business with no employees, so this shipping schedule ensures that Tiffany still has time to paint!
Can I pick my order up at your location?
For security and privacy purposes, we do not currently allow orders to be picked up at the studio, since it's in our house!
How will my order be shipped?
Shipping services are usually provided by USPS Priority Mail for domestic customers and USPS First-Class International Mail for international customers. USPS Priority Mail takes 2-5 days anywhere in the U.S. and first-class mail may take up to 2 weeks and longer in some parts of the world depending on your location and reliability of mail services.
How will my order be packed?
A lot of care and consideration is given to how orders are packed. Prints are shipped sandwiched between pieces of cardboard inside padded mailers. Depending on the season these mailers are sometimes waterproof. The prints inside are always in a clear bag! Other flat products will be shipped in the same way. Any breakable items are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed with air pouches.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you feel we have made an error, please contact us immediately!
